Repairs

Whilst we look to carry out repairs on-site in the future, we currently work with a well trusted jewellery workshop in London, which complete the majority of our repairs. No two repairs are the same; however some common repairs that we deal with are re-joining broken chains, resizing rings and replacing missing stones. We give all of our customers the option, to receive an estimate before going ahead with their repair. We explain to them what will be done to their item of jewellery and why, as we feel it’s important for our customer not to feel excluded from the process. So if you have a piece of jewellery, that isn’t safe to wear, don’t hesitate to bring it into us for advice.

Re-modelling

Here at Emilia Ryan we work closely with you to adapt items from your own jewellery box. We want you to enjoy wearing every piece of jewellery that you own. We understand that taste changes and styles date, but we don’t think that should mean that a once-loved article goes unworn.

Cleaning

Jewellery cleaning is a service which is performed on site and the cleaning of items bought from us will be done free of charge. Other items will incur a small fee.

As well as cleaning your jewellery on your behalf, we are able to supply you with the products and knowledge, you will need to clean and preserve your treasured pieces. Our jewellery care products are retrospectively suitable for; silver, gold, platinum and gemstones (such as Diamonds, Sapphires and Rubies).

Watch Batteries

The fitting of watch batteries is another service carried out on the premises. The charge for this service is £10.

Bespoke Jewellery Design

At Emilia Ryan we stock a variety of one-off pieces and understand the desirability of a unique piece of jewellery, with the feelings that come along with owning and wearing these items. This is why we believe that you should be able to design every aspect of a bespoke item, with the guidance of our trained staff members.

Each part of the process will be monitored by us, from the sourcing of gemstones to hallmarking the final product.
